  $37 to ship a pair of shoes to Charlotte is absolutely ridiculous. Your inability to guarantee three day delivery without paying this obnoxious amount is 100% price gouging at its finest. If I will never ship via UPS again.

  I had an outstanding experience with Steve. Upon entering, there was only one other customer in the store who appeared to be asking for a quote for printing. He was very patient and kind with her. I was only in to complete a quick Amazon return and he showed me the same patience and kindness. The store was nice & clean and the upbeat music was a nice touch too, while waiting. Although he was working alone, he gave every customer who entered the store his full attention along with a smile! Top notch service! Way to go, Steve!

  Steve Ramirez was fabulous and so helpful with my packages. I was having problems with labels and he was so patient and kind. Excellent customer service.

  Bee was very patient and kind during my visit. He walked me through the return steps in store that should have been taken care of before arrival. I really appreciate his kindness!
