  As of late this store has changed , customer service is now lacking. The employee Brian or Alexander didn't want to provide his name was very rude. I am understanding its the holidays and perhaps busy but the rudeness is just not apart of the store experience. I will not be coming back.

  This is my "go-to" store for all my shipping and printing needs! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help when needed.

  Today I came in to find a rather obscure box size that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. I needed that particular size to return a device, by the requirements of the manufacturer. When the owner of this UPS Store couldn't help me find a box of the same size, he offered to help me repair the damaged box I already had, free of cost. I feel like in this day and age, it's important to call out the stores where you can always expect the best customer service, because sometimes it's hard to find businesses that care.

  I am a local businessman. I use this UPS store exclusively. They recently reboxed my shipment and saved me about $40. Great staff!
