  Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. We went in to send a package, paid the amount we were told to pay, and left. Approximately four minutes later, I received a call stating that they were not going to send the package because we had not paid enough. I explained that if the package was improperly charged, that was a mistake made by the staff—not the customer. I was then told, “That’s not how life works.” I respectfully disagree. We are all responsible for our own mistakes, and customers should not be expected to pay an additional $110 because an employee failed to calculate the correct amount at the time of service. If the correct price had been given to us before we left, we would have paid it. But calling us after the fact and expecting us to absorb an additional $110 for an error that was not ours is unacceptable. We will not be using this location again. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and take accountability when mistakes are made. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

  Owner chooses to charge $4 to ship usps. No other independent owners of UPS stores in Raleigh choose to charge their customers this. Employees were nice.

  The pricing is way too much. I went to ship a painting my daughter did for her grandma and they charged $128! For something that weighed no more than a couple ounces. It’s ridiculous. The staff is great and very kind though, I want to be clear that my grievance is with company pricing NOT the employees
