- AHAnna Hanna3 days ago3.0The pricing is way too much. I went to ship a painting my daughter did for her grandma and they charged $128! For something that weighed no more than a couple ounces. It’s ridiculous. The staff is great and very kind though, I want to be clear that my grievance is with company pricing NOT the employees

I was told there would be a $4.00 fee to process them, which caught me off guard since I run an online business and have used UPS Stores many times without being charged a fee like that. That said, I’m still giving this location 3 stars. The employee I worked with was very friendly and professional. Even though I was clearly frustrated, he took the time to explain the policy, which I appreciated. Another positive was that I arrived around 6:27 PM( they close at 6:30) and they were still open and operating. I respect a business that honors its posted hours. If it weren’t for the $4.00 fee, I would definitely consider making this my go-to shipping location.

Genuinely nice, efficient, went above and beyond for every single person in line. Sold me a big box, packaged it for me, handled everything. Whatever UPS is paying him, it’s not enough. Thanks Robby! 🙌
