  I’v spent well over $2,000 printing my prepaid shipping labels at this location over the past few years with my small online business. I wish there was a loyalty or reward program. It’s so sad that the printing service costs more than the actual label (yes every time). I recommended considering a trip to usps as an alternative depending on your vehicle/gas, the trip may save you money (significantly over time).

  Hands down the best UPS experience I've had, and it's because the staff here is exceptional. I was shipping many large boxes today, and Nathaniel & Naomi were very kind and helpful in providing me with much needed knowledge and transparency about the services they offer. They helped me figure out what arrangement worked best for my specific situation, and they were very thorough and efficient as I was out of the store in no time. On top of all this, they were very patient & friendly, and I could tell that they were more than happy to explain everything and accomodate my needs.
