  I've stopped in a few times for shipping and shredding services and every single time it's easy, quick, and reasonably priced. It's a UPS store, so there isn't much to say, but they're just great here! All the staff I've interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable as well.

  Best UPS Store in Raleigh - I have went to other stores in the area and I always prefer this one. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Matthew!

  The store charges 3 dollars to print a label out. Don’t waste your time here. Most locations in the area to do this as a courtesy.

  All the staff is so kind and efficient. Except Kimberly! Super condescending and rude and passive aggressive. Don’t work in a customer service role if you don’t like people.

  This store made me SO ANGRY. There was immensely disrespectful management. Jeanne, the manager/owner of the store blatantly ignored numerous requests I made when carrying out a package return. Not only that, but she was condescending and immensely rude to the employees of the store. Taken aback, but still wanting to complete my task, I soldiered on. Until I had to tape my package. Why do they charge for tape. What the heck. That is so weird. No other store does that, it's an unnecessary, unadvertised charge. To my knowledge, this is not the only predatory charge they have. I hope that this store can straighten itself out, as all this made me quite angry, and frankly, ruined my day.
