  Today I went in, got quick service, was polite, helpful, professional, I love this location, makes returning packages so easy. I’m so glad you have one near me. Thank each and every one that has helped me. Thank you for this location because they’ve made returns so easy. Every time has been great experience. Today I got home the returns already submitted. Love it

  A Truly Five-Star UPS Store Experience! I recently had a chance to drop off an extra-large Amazon return package at The UPS Store on Battle Bridge Road in Raleigh, and I was genuinely amazed by the level of service. They treated customers exceptionally well—almost like royalty! A very special appreciation to Mr. Kenny and Sanjana. Both were superb: professional, extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. I have used many shipping and carrier services over the years, but this was honestly the first time I felt that a shipping store delivered a true five-star customer-service experience. Excellent people, excellent attitude, and excellent service. Kenny and Sanjana are wonderful representatives of The UPS Store and deserve recognition.

  I have utilized the services at this store several times since it opened. From delivery service, copies, notary and Amazon returns, the staff has been pleasant, friendly and helpful. The store is clean and beautiful. Kenny and Sanjana are always smiling and welcoming. I actually enjoy going to this store! Thank you for making errands a nice experience!
