  After dealing with their support for hours now only to be led to the only solution being to pay them more to fix the shipping they messed up, I am DONE with UPS. I will be submitting a complaint to the CFPB and the FTC. What I have dealt with today simply to change a delivery date is insane. Oh and your foreign callcenter help hangs up on people if they know they're getting reported. I asked to fix out the survey on him and he hung up on me. Nastiest business practices I have ever seen.
