  If I could give 100 stars will not be enough! Mansi is very helpful, I wish all UPS were like you. I have 2 UPS near me but I prefer go with her, even if this location is far away from my home. She is very professional, I have seen customer that arrive angry and she keeps very professional always. Also she is very strong! I have seen her carrying very heavy boxes and she is always smiling. The owner of this location, you have a treasure in her. Please never let her go. 🙏 She is always trying to help and giving the BEST!

  Mansi is always so nice and attentive, store is also easy to access and clean. Never waited more than 2 minutes

  Mansi Patel was quite helpful with my mother. She had 2 documents that needed a notary. She was very patient and professional.

  Went to have a 2-sided document printed and the associate stated she did not know how to do it and her manager would have to do it and wouldn’t be back for 5 days. She got very upset with me when I asked for a number for her manager because all employees should be trained on how to do services they provide. If a service is offered by a business all employees should be trained in how to provide that service especially if they are left alone.
