  Not very nice service by the employees. Online orders are never made to what's on order. I checked the order upon pickup it was missing items, I specifically paid extra for. When asked why was it mising items, I was provided a rude response that "we dont care about order that have bogo deals". Wouldn't share the manager name & phone# either. Not really sure what kind of training they provide to employees at this franchise. The employee went on to state to post a review as well, looks like they are immune to bad reviews, but still wanted to share my experience. They shouldn't participate in subway rewards programs if they are unwilling to provide the service.

  They locked the door at 9:14 when the it says they close at 9:30
