Terrible place. The
guy first refused my coupon, and when I asked him to scan it, it was working. He was barely putting any vegetables or sauce in my sandwich. When I asked him what's going on, he said the owner is watching me over the camera. I would rather eat somewhere else.

I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE THIS SUBWAY. After what they did today I will NEVER go back. I always order online, and get terrible food. I put extra mayo? They make it a NOTE to put as little mayo as possible. Driest food I have ever tasted. The only reason I keep coming here is for the inexpensive lunch option when I’m in a pinch. Today I decided to order the new $3.99 Ham and Salami sandwich that is their new fresh menu. I say: “can I get a 6 inch ham and salami?” They put the ham and salami on the bread. As they should. I get to the end he tells the cashier that I ordered a BMT which is $8.00. I literally argue with them that I ordered a ham and salami. They make me pay for the BMT and said that I had to SPECIFICALLY ASK for the “fresh value menu”. WHAT A SCAM. They also said that if I told them it was that, they would have ONLY PUT 2 PIECES OF MEAT. I am actually emailing subway corporate. This is my last straw. Here is pictures of EVERY part of me opening this sandwich and how there is no pepperoni. Just. Salami. And. Ham.

I had a very bad experience at this location. One of the employees was disrespectful and made offensive comments about my country. I came only to order food and did nothing wrong. Also, a female employee told me not to come back here again. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. I hope management takes action.

Just to say If you want good service, you have to be white. Went in with my granddaughters boyfriend and they were so disrespectful to him and blatantly racist and disrespectful, the store should absolutely find new employees immediately

This was a horrible experience! Some of the rudest staff we’ve seen at any subway nationwide and we travel for work so we see a lot of them. We walked in and already had a product in our hand ready to pay, but the employees would not let me go use the bathroom while my boyfriend paid because they wanted to see the completed transaction first even though it was just for a Gatorade and then we told them I had an emergency… the man showed zero concern whatsoever, could not care less about helping us, and as soon as he was done, checking us out, he walked slowly over to the bathroom to let me in, and then came back and sat down and started texting on his phone while my boyfriend watched. Just a terrible experience. It’s very unfortunate that sub wants to affiliate its name with such a lazy people who have zero talent for customer service and care so little.
