  I don't usually do this but I have been calling this location for 2 days and was told today that there is no manager or owner... odd? I went in there after being in the hospital on Tuesday - wanted nothing more than a sub. The kid working refused to take my elligible coupons telling me it "was because I came in too late"...it was 9:50 and the store didn't close for another 10 minutes which was 20 minutes before from when I got there. He charged me over $40 when I came in planning to spend $22. Then the young man working there asked me for the time. I looked at my watch, answered "9:50" and he proceeded to cuss the F word at me and complain that it was close to 10pm... umm okay? I was offended, upset about being overcharged, and already annoyed becuase he said he wouldn't make me the sub I wanted becuase "that one is a lot of work" he said. (it was a meatball sub) I have called and called to ask for the owner or manager and keep getting fleeced so hopefully this will get their attention.... I also own a small business in the area and if I treated customers like this I would have to shut down!

  Subway was running March Madness promotions on the app, and the Subway I normally stop at wasn't participating, so this Subway came up as an alternative. It is located in Wakefield Crossing Shopping Center. (The one with the Food Lion) I ordered on the app, then went in to pick up my order in the designated area. It was quick and efficient. I didn't interact with the staff. My order was prepared correctly. The store seemed clean and well-maintained.
