Terrible service from the sandwich prepper. Came in and got a very negative vibe from her right out of the gate, bearing the expression of a spoiled teen that sees my presence as an inherent impedance to whatever she'd rather be doing in the back, not doing her job.
Asked her to put mayo on both sides of the bread before the meat and cheese, and since the bottle was low she had to keep hitting it on the counter to make it settle. I told her twice that I'd be fine with light mayo, she had more of that available, but she ignored me completely and chose to ask me if the minimum of mayo she had applied was enough, with this ugly smirk plastered on her face. I said yeah, I'd like it on both sides, too which she turned the bread around to prove her point. Given she was technically correct and that I didn't want to argue anymore, I just said it's fine and moved on.
For the rest of the prepping she had communicated an absolute minimum to get the sandwich out of her face before shoving it to the cashier saying it's a ham on Italian.
Objectively, the food was pretty similar to most Subway places, so there's not much I can say about that. Over half the sandwich ended up in the trash because the service pretty much poisoned the whole experience with how toxic the server was acting. I don't know about other times, but I strongly advise avoiding this place in the mornings. She'd be liable to spit in people's food if she had any kind of cover, which thankfully she doesn't cause it's Subway. Absolutely embarrassing.
