    Had to get a grilled chicken salad. I walked in at 8:10 pm . The young man that waited on me was very cold . As he heated the chicken he started to make the salad. The toppings that I wanted was like pulling teeth. All I wanted was extra cucumbers and onions. Before he put the toppings on the chicken was ready. He put the chicken on top of the lettuce then put the toppings on . Hot chicken between toppings and lettuce. By the time I got back home only one mile away the toppings were nasty. Then the worst part began. I asked for Italian dressing. At first they didn't have any. Then the older lady (manage) pulled out two packages. My girl likes lots of dressing so I asked for one more. They said no . I said I will pay for the extra one . The manager and I started to argue about the extra package . I said several times I'll pay for the extra one .she said several times only two per salad. I was shocked that me the customer was treated so poorly. She claimed that there was no way to charge me for the extra one . She ended charging me for cookies . Never got cookies cookies. Ill think twice before going back

    This Subway restaurant was by far the cleanest restaurant I've ever been too. Very friendly employees and the sandwiches are so fresh. I'd definitely recommend 👌

    Attempted to significantly short me on the meat on a footling . Put four slices of turkey, four slices of ham, three partial slices of roast beef. Here is the standard: Footlong: 6 slices of turkey, 6 slices of ham, and 4 slices (or 2.5 oz) of roast beef. I refused the sandwich after he finished the meet before he did anything else. Hopeless. Unable to communicate in English.

    I placed a mobile order through the Subway app at around 4:42 PM on the 24th for a footlong steak and cheese with onions, green peppers, and salt and pepper. I did not request the sub to be toasted. When I arrived around 4:55 PM and got back to my car, I realized the sub had been toasted anyway—and it was also missing onions, which I had ordered. I went back inside to have it corrected, but instead of fixing the mistake, the cashier immediately became argumentative and asked why I didn’t specify “not toasted” in the app. I explained that this was a repeat order and it has never been toasted before. Both employees were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. When they attempted to remake the sandwich, I was asked if I wanted “cold meat,” which made no sense. I had to repeatedly ask how they normally heat the meat without toasting the bread, and they acted like my question was unreasonable. To make matters worse, I was then told they were out of onions—something that should have been communicated before making the order, especially since my original sandwich was already missing them. At that point, I requested a refund. They tried to persuade me not to get one and said I would have to wait in the store while they processed it through the app. I’ve been to this location many times and never had an issue, which made this experience even more disappointing. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and disrespectful attitude from both employees were unacceptable.
