  This store is so welcoming! It was 10 minutes before closing and they welcomed me in and was very patient. This sales associate named Felipe Herrera best sales associate you will even meet. Thank you Felipe!

  I was window shopping and just so happened to stop at Michael Kors. I wasn't going to buy anything. I couldn't resist they had a nice assortment of merchandise. I had an amazing sales person name Maia. She absolutely amazing and helpful. I bought a few items and was very please by the quality. They're located at Crabtree Mall and have above/ beyond customer service .

  If you buy a watch here, don't get a model that has a pop off back. When the battery dies, the store will not replace the battery. We took the watch to a jewelry store who would only replace the battery if we signed a waiver due to the high likelihood of damage and recommend taking it back to the store where we bought it. Micheal Kors told us they send everyone to a jewelry store nearby for battery replacements. So we took it to where they recommended. We came back to pick it up only to find out the crystal face cracked during the process to change the battery and that the watch would have to be sent off for repair. We will not be buying anymore expensive and complicated to maintain watches from this company.
