  This morning I shipped my golf clubs and I was nervous to do so for the first time. Vanessa was able to help me out with a shipping label and help me get the job done. She was incredibly kind and solution oriented. I’ll be frequenting this location going forward. Thanks again Vanessa!

  Amazing customer service! The associate promptly took the initiative to assist with transferring heavy item from my vehicle, and took great care helping package up my return. Outstanding communication and service were provided. Wow! This location is great! Thank you again!

  I dropped off a package prior to the cut off time. I just reviewed the tracking and it states that the package arrived after shipping hours which is incorrect. I am already annoyed coming into the store, because no one ever speaks. Even though I am using the kiosk, someone should acknowledge me when I walk through the door. The employees look and make eye contact but they don't speak. I am especially annoyed this time, because I paid extra for this package to arrive on time.

  Not very busy on a Saturday at 11-1130am visit on a sunny day. Smaller store but people friendly and nice. Plus front row/curbside parking for FedEx customers
