  I live five minutes down the street and I genuinely just have the best experience every time I need to go here. I kind of hate errands like returns/shipping but your staff here is just incredible and it’s just a pleasure to go honestly. At first I thought it was one specific employee who was amazing but I’ve lived here for 5 years and every experience I’ve had has been great. Whole store deserves a raise. They are SO kind and so helpful and I genuinely feel like they go above and beyond regularly. I won’t name names but your competitors down the street are such a headache. I regularly leave without getting what I need and I always feel stupid when leaving, like I’ve asked dumb questions or misunderstood what they can do. I also always have to wait so long there. At FedEx you always have someone greet me and ask what I need right away so that we can get the ball rolling even if there’s other people in front of me.

  Very nice and helpful team members here. I cannot remember the guy's name but Kennedi was super nice and helpful. There was a lot going on 30 minutes before they closed but each of the 3 team members were helpful and not rushed. I go here frequently and it is well run.
