I hate having to ship packages but the people here were so nice, helpful and friendly. I was in and out in under 3 mins. Top notch service.

The "self service" kiosk is not for Amazon/Walmart returns. The staff continued to work on anything but helping the line of customers.

For my first time ever going to Fed Ex, especially being from out of country as I live in Canada the energy and the atmosphere of the place was lovely and very inviting, I was helped very generously by Rina and she made the experience one to remember

Terrell saved the day! He was so kind and patient while helping me print a large volume of items on short notice. Greatly appreciate his help and would recommend this store!
