  Today is June 16th 2025 around 10:00 a.m. this morning I came into their facility my phone is not holding a charge with the power cord that I have I explained to her very calmly that when I charge my phone from home it will charge with the cord when I'm in my vehicle sometimes it will charge and sometimes it won't I told her I was going to buy a new cord and try it if the new court didn't work I would just come back and return it on the same day she advised me not to do that she said I needed to get a technician to look at my phone she said if you want to return it you'll have to call and make an appointment because my manager is not here and in order to do returns we do it by appointment only I have news for you any business should not make a customer set up an appointment to come in and see a manager to get something returned this woman was unfriendly not listening to me and by 2:00 p.m. today I will be with T-Mobile your company has lost a customer purely because of the ignorance and rudeness of your employee I also pulled out my phone in the store and begin filming myself saying that I'm in the cricket store right now and she won't take returns unless I make an appointment she got mad that I was filming and quickly went back behind the door so she couldn't be filled because she knew she was embarrassed and wrong

  Yvonne was extremely helpful she was so sweet smart i did the switch came to cricket she managed my budget it was great what she did for me so Yvonne big high five for me keep doing what you doing your excellent customer service in sure will tell my friends and family about you in cricket
