  Donald is the BESTTT he was extremely kind and helpful, i am a girl and a college student so he totally could have ripped me off like every other auto store. But he cut the bs, and got STRAIGHT to work on my car, whole battery replaced in 40 seconds. Amazing customer service

  The manager Donald here is one of the worst managers I’ve seen in my entire life. I came in to purchase a battery to do the installation for free I informed them that I wasn’t interested because the previous technician damaged my car and the process to get refunded for the parts that were destroyed and damaged took nearly 6 months. He told me that that was simply untrue and not possible. Regardless of his opinion, I simply asked if once I bring back the battery if I could get refunded the core charge and he told me no if they don’t do the installation, they won’t take the refund. If I didn’t go and look up, advanced autos policy to find out that as long as I bring the battery back, I could still get my refund I would have missed out on my $22. This review is by no means a reflection of the store or brand, but a reflection of the poor manager and customer service provided.

  Outstanding Customer Service at Advanced Auto Parts – Store #6376 Donald at the Advanced Auto Parts store on Durant Road in Raleigh took phenomenal care of my wife today. She needed new windshield wiper blades, and Donald was professional, thorough, kind, and incredibly expeditious. He pointed her to the exact set we were looking for without trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. Even better, he was kind enough to install the wiper blades quickly so she could get on her way and make it to work on time. That kind of customer service is becoming harder to find, and Donald really deserves recognition for taking the extra step to help a customer. We will definitely be returning to this store for future automotive needs. Thank you, Donald, for making what could have been a simple transaction a genuinely great customer-service experience!

  I was treated with respect and kindness, the young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I recommend them to everyone. They are my favorite part store 🙂
