  These guys are not helpful they laugh in your face and I barely asked for help as a female with a car. My car is new and I just wanted someone to get from behind that counter giggling and smiling like they are high and show me something. Never again! Standing there doing nothing at 1:50pm today

  Bob was great and I really appreciated his help today. I don’t leave reviews and don’t care to review chain places especially. But I really think Bob deserves some recognition, very nice helpful guy.

  This location is useless they are "supposed " to program batteries but when you go to do it they tell you they dont have the programmer.. please make it make sense

  Deshaun was absolutely amazing, he helped me install my new battery, we talked cars and specific parts and what to watch out for the future. Can’t recommend him enough, what a great man for the job and his customer service was top notch!

  I walked in and the employees greeted me. All five of them! There was no mumbling 'welcome to [establishment]' just because they had to. I could hear them. They were looking at me. They smiled. I can't speak to general knowledge, as I was only there to pick up a part from elsewhere, but they led me to where I needed to be. The employees in the back greeted me with smiles as well. I must also add that the bathroom was super clean when I went in. It appears that these people take pride in their establishment.
