  This location is useless they are "supposed " to program batteries but when you go to do it they tell you they dont have the programmer.. please make it make sense

  Deshaun was absolutely amazing, he helped me install my new battery, we talked cars and specific parts and what to watch out for the future. Can’t recommend him enough, what a great man for the job and his customer service was top notch!

  I stopped by the advance auto on millbrook to have new wiper blades put on my car. The salesperson that was helping me refused to put them on my car because it was sprinkling rain !! Are you serious!! I went to another auto supply place and he was more than happy to help me even though it was raining. Very poor customer service at the Millbrook location.

  I walked in and the employees greeted me. All five of them! There was no mumbling 'welcome to [establishment]' just because they had to. I could hear them. They were looking at me. They smiled. I can't speak to general knowledge, as I was only there to pick up a part from elsewhere, but they led me to where I needed to be. The employees in the back greeted me with smiles as well. I must also add that the bathroom was super clean when I went in. It appears that these people take pride in their establishment.

  EXCELLENT customer service. I would especially like to recognize big Mike. Thank you for being so helpful and caring as my car broke down in front of the store. I appreciate all the help!
