  Unfortunately terrible experience here. Usually AAP is very pleasant but both associates I dealt with were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Apparently the motto 'service is our best part' is no longer a priority.

  Jeffery was extremely helpful and put my windshield wipers on and taught me how to do it. He has a great attitude and personality. We need more people like Jeffrey in the world. I would not hesitate to go back or recommend the store.

  This store is not very good for me, I always have problems with it, today I asked my wife to return the goods I bought, gave her a receipt, the manager refused to accept this goods, said that there should be a credit card, although when I handed it over no one asked me for a credit card, I gave the receipt and said my phone number and everything was fine, he refused my wife. When I started talking to him on the phone, he told me that I had to be in person at the store. This has never happened in other Advance stores before. Therefore, I do not advise using this store. He treats customers badly

  Sat in advance for over 1 hour with my boyfriend because they only had 1 person that was capable of doing everything the manager Megan! There was an older gentleman that was 83 years old and he was a sweetheart started taking my battery out and 1 person running the register! It was too hot for that elderly man to be outside changing a battery!Then Megan got mad when customers got mad! Ridiculous!!! Please hire more help! What should have been an in and out experience took way too long!
