  So here is my story...leaving a review for Advance Auto, but I also left this at Auto Zone...Special thanks to the young man who helped me at Advance Auto, but I would not advise you to tell anyone to go to Auto Zone at the corner of Hilburn and Glenwood.. I went in the store (Auto Zone) asked about a steering wheel cover, selected one, took it up to the register and asked the same person if this works on a Honda Civic and he said "yes". The cover said "Truck" but the measurements were the same, 15"-16" as others. Did not work, returned. I said I asked you if you thought it would work on a civic and his response was, "it says truck, I thought you would have enough common sense to know not to get it". Now, obviously somebody peed in his cheerios this am and I am smart enough to recognize not to stir the pot, so I was not about to say that the measurements were the same as some of the others. That's why I freaking asked!! 🤷‍♀️ White guy - tan, earring in ear, short hair, 50's....I have been there before and there was a different man who was very nice, African American, who helped with my windshield wipers and replaced. This was my last trip to Auto Zone...I suggest going to Advance Auto, the young man there was very helpful and actually went to his computer and looked up the size of my steering wheel 🤔 There is a concept.

  My experience with this store, the few times I’ve been, have been anything but easy. Customer service does not seem to exist—employees take the path of least resistance rather than trying to help. My latest experience was with the general manager who refused to service my commercial account because he “did not know me”, even though I had my account number, address, phone #, and all other identifying information. I explained I needed a new battery to start a company truck(stock battery at this store), and for that battery to be charged to my company account. Without looking up any information, stated: “Yeah, I’m not doing that. You need to go to a commercial location [AAP] near your company because I don’t know you.” My company is 40 minutes away which is the main reason I stopped at this location to begin with. I’ve used my commercial account at different AAP locations before, including this one! Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location. If you know exactly what you need and simply need someone to process your cash/cc checkout, this location may be fine. However, if you need any basic assistance, have simple questions, or expect someone to help find a solution, based on my experiences, I would not recommend this store.
