  Editing this review because I am very dissatisfied two days later with my battery install. I was out running errands today and my car would not turn on and presented the same issues it had when I brought it in for the battery install. Opened my hood and realized the negative terminal had popped off and was never fastened down tightly. I'm in disbelief. I should have just taken the battery home and taught myself how to install it. Additionally, I called today to see if they could help me diagnose the problem and was put on hold twice. I will not be coming back to this location in the future. Original review: Mike and Fidel were awesome help changing my battery this morning! I had been procrastinating on getting it changed out and felt very stressed by the idea of changing it. They were so kind and friendly with me despite a few hiccups that were outside of their control and my lack of vehicle knowledge.

  Josh is awesome! He was able to swap out my battery which was still under warranty. Quick service, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend stopping here if you're having car troubles!

  The person at the desk was professional but not too friendly. He answered our questions. I can’t really rate this facility because we did need anything done but a key battery charged. He did his job.

  Mason did an amazing job. He tested my battery replaced it for me. Great service. He understands the value of great customer service start to finish. If I ever need anything from advance I'll be sure to come back and see Mason.
