  The agent their made it tougher for me to return some items back. Ended taking a whole hour out of my schedule because they refused to accept one label for 3 boxes that are clearly labeled 1 of 3 or 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 . So we had to call the vendor to get a label for each item which really was really a huge obstacle that wasn't necessary. Training needs to occur.

  Honestly this place is a toss up. For the most part you get great customer service, that’s super helpful. However Sam Cox is terrible. Super disrespectful and didn’t help at all as well as throwing my receipt instead of just handing it to me

  You have two people that work there in the mornings that can care less if a customer is waiting or not. They absolutely do not care. I walked out. I’ll go to Apex store for now on.

  This WAS a great place to drop off returns. But something has changed of late. Prior to recently, the people working there were efficient and super nice. But lately I've been in twice and both times I was treated like a bother. The latest time, I was the only person in line but the person working acted like I was interrupting her. No smile, no reply to my saying thank you, nothing. I will be taking my business elsewhere with this sort of attitude.
