  Absolutely horrible service. A few weeks ago I purchased oil that had to be ordered into this location. It was requested that I purchase the oil beforehand which as a commercial customer is never an issue. Unfortunately only half the bottles arrived so I requested the other half to be refunded. Advance was unable to do so because the “transaction history is unavailable”. I figured it would be a one time issue since the oil was on clearence and took the store credit to buy other oil I needed. Well yesterday I went back in to order a gasket and the same thing happened! It wasn’t delivered and it is unable to be refunded. As a commercial customer with my own customers I need these parts to be able to move cars in and out of my shop to keep my own clients happy. It is completely unacceptable that in the case this happens transactions cannot be overidden. Especially when the person over the counter who won’t refund is the same person who sold you product! Now I have to call customer service to file a complaint and get my money back. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Great service and excellent customer service. Really impressed with the service and help in needed when i am unable to start my car. They gave jumpstart to fix my battery issue. Never forget their help. God bless these people.

  A conversation with GABRIEL over what battery I should purchase was one of the rudest interactions i’ve ever had with a business. He was disrespectful from the start, unhelpful, and ended the interaction in the most unprofessional way.
