  My family and I came to vacation and decided to get subway before heading to the beach, today, July 4th at 5:40pm. My boyfriend went in first with a 2footlong for $12.99 coupon while I waited to find out what my brother wanted over text. When I was at the register the black lady who I am assuming is the senior employee at that time was rude. I had to go back to the tip screen because I pressed ‘other’ on accident, she told me what to do, which I was already pressing the correct button, she saw me press skip and said out loud “Of course no tip”. I did not say anything because I am not wasting my time on her & I worked at subway for several years when I was a teenager and never expected a tip from any of my customers, mind you this is a grown lady. As I was leaving she proceeded to say “they both had coupons and decided to come in separately” in a rude tone. Like I said in the beginning, I was waiting for a text from my brother, so no it was not intentional, but the other lady working was pleasant and did her job. I hope the manager sees this and I hope the employee understands that a tip is not required and it looks bad on her for saying that out loud in front of her customers.

  The whole experience was excellent, but Julie was THE BEST! She was so friendly, helpful, and she makes the best subs. This girl truly made this the best experience. We will be back just because of her!!

  Manager only scheduled 1 worker for a busy Saturday night according to employee. Placed order at 5:13pm, it said order pickup at 5:35pm. We get there at 5:42pm to have to stand in line and be waited on to get our online order. 4 subs and $37 paid, but we had to wait for her to make all the people standing in lines subs. First come first serve is the issue. We paid already and were refused a refund since no Manager on duty. At 6:15 we finally got our subs. It's hard to tell if they would even have been made if we would have waited any later. Bread and subs were terrible and in the fridge. Total incompetence all the way around. People that ordered before us online were still waiting when we left. What a joke of a restaurant and management.

  One of the best Subways I've been in, Great staff - super clean Visited on Sat afternoon got 1 ft long sub of the day meal & 1 ft long ( ham/bacon & cheese) meal Stopped on the way back back off the island on Sunday for another ft long ham/bacon & cheese meal (grandson decided it's his favorite) & I tried out the cookies (they're delicious) Good job guys
