  I made a mobile order for two footlongs today, Monday, 8/10/26 at 11:56AM at the Oak Ridge, NC Store #25834-0 and Prem was amazing! He was so efficient, quick-but thorough, and kind. He really went above and beyond to make sure that this Subway became my new favorite. Going forward, I will drive out of my way to go to this Subway, and pass other Subways along the way, and I live all the way in Winston Salem. Keep Prem. Double his salary!

  I waited nearly 40 minutes for just two sandwiches, which is completely unacceptable. The bread was undercooked, and the overall quality of the food was terrible. During the wait, I watched several customers get tired of waiting and walk out without ordering. This is easily the worst Subway I’ve been to. Long wait times, poor food quality, and an overall disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

  Do not eat at this location. A kids MEAL is a 4 in. sandwich with 2 slices of meat. how is that a meal??? What a complete rip off. The other items for the kids meal are à la carte—- what a joke.. 20 .00 later and I could have gone to Jersey mikes across the street for the same price and a way better sub. Never again for me! Hope you go out of business!   The service is extremely slow and ordering ahead is not any better. I waited 42 minutes for a 6 inch sub.

  Sllllooooowwwww, unknowledgeable staff with no understanding of the menu. Only 1 employee working at lunch rush???? And she works at a snails pace! Dirty dining area, bathroom hasn’t seen a cleaning in months. Avoid this place at all costs
