  On February 12th, I stopped at Subway to grab dinner after hosting my grief support group. I was running late and just needed something quick. Unfortunately, the experience was very uncomfortable. The young man working appeared agitated and was slamming items around while preparing food. The tension was noticeable, and it made the environment feel uneasy. I found myself almost afraid to ask for adjustments to my sandwich. As someone who grew up in an environment where I learned to duck from flying objects, loud slamming and visible frustration can be very triggering. I understand everyone has stressful days, but customers should still feel safe and comfortable when ordering their food. I hope management can address this, because a calm and welcoming atmosphere makes all the difference.

  One of the best Subways I've ever been too. The dining room area didn't make me feel like I was in a can of sardines like other locations I've been too.
