    I ordered a turkey and ham protein pocket, asked for some onion and spinach, the person making this said they couldn't add or take away from what ingredients that come on it. Yet when I ordered it he stated they were out of tomatoes? Guess that one got thrown in the trash, I walked out after they told me corporate made that rule. Pretty sure these are independently run franchises. I get my protein pockets at Cherry Point any way I want it. Guess I won't be going back to Subway in Newport, not a good way to run a business!

    There is a very short woman that stands on a plastic crate... this woman made sandwiches with her bare hands and when she was told something wasn't correct she took the item off and put it back in the bin lol.. and she complain the entire time I was there...

    Its clean for what its worth. The drugged up employee complaining about having customers and giving himself a break before taking on the next one was a new one for me. Definitely not stopping at this one again. Also, no gloves? Hard pass buddy.

    Updated review: Well they seem to have gotten themselves together. Orders have become timely once again, haven't had an 'out of stock' issue for some time, and new batch of staff are much more pleasant. Previous review: Consistently I have been having problems here since the new crew. Pre ordering is pointless as they take walk ins before online orders regardless of how early you send it in. They do not read special instructions sent to them. And if there is some issue with your order, they will not contact you about it, nor make any attempt to make as much of the order as they can to speed up the process. This place used to be good.
