  Employees are more concerned about complaining loudly to one another than fulfilling orders. There were several people waiting for to go orders and 4 in line. Took them 45 minutes to fulfill an app order for two 6 inches. Sandwiches were made poorly and sloppy. This is by far one of the most poorly managed locations.

  I ordered a turkey and ham protein pocket, asked for some onion and spinach, the person making this said they couldn't add or take away from what ingredients that come on it. Yet when I ordered it he stated they were out of tomatoes? Guess that one got thrown in the trash, I walked out after they told me corporate made that rule. Pretty sure these are independently run franchises. I get my protein pockets at Cherry Point any way I want it. Guess I won't be going back to Subway in Newport, not a good way to run a business!

  There is a very short woman that stands on a plastic crate... this woman made sandwiches with her bare hands and when she was told something wasn't correct she took the item off and put it back in the bin lol.. and she complain the entire time I was there...
