  I always knew Subway let you customize your meal, but I didn't think that included the staff's personal touch.I watched the Sandwich Artist put on a fresh pair of gloves, only to immediately use them to thoroughly rub his nose. I can only assume this was a secret culinary technique meant to give my sub an optimal, local flavor profile.When he asked what condiments I wanted, I almost asked for salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and a side of whatever allergy season is doing to you right now.The gloves only work if you don't use them as a tissue first, man.

  The manager owner was so professional. I was trying to get the BOGO and online wasn’t taking not taking my money. So I went to the store then it wouldn’t come up online at all. But this gentleman took care of the problem quickly he lost out of a sub but made it right even though he didn’t have too. That’s what we need more of and by the way the subs were great go visit this charming gentleman and his crew. This was on Glenbernie rd in New Bern

  This is a good Subway! Great place to grab a sub and chips and sit down to eat something healthy. I often get the footlong veggie sub and take the other half to work for later. The staff is friendly. employee turn-around can be high so somedays you may not get the same service but we still always manage to get good food.

  Where do I even Begin. First thing, my fiancé‘s sub was made completely wrong, extra green peppers, extra onions and jalapeños Were requested, but we were given minimal green peppers, no onions, and no jalapeños substituted with black olives? Was not toasted as instructed . Asked for sauce on the side in a special instructions, which was not given either. Then come to realize the other sub I ordered does not have the cheese And has the worst looking tomatoes I’ve seen come from a subway. Tried calling this location 10 times in a row, but no answer of course.
