  I ordered on line. Even though my order was not correct....the employee working handled it very well. As I live 20 min away....they have offered me a free sub next time for my trouble. It is refreshing to see someone admit the error and try to correct it. We are all human and makes mistakes... It says alot about their customer service and how they handled it! Thank you so much! The error was only reason I didn't give 5 stars!

  Subway restaurants in general are healthy, clean, pleasant places to eat. And offer WAAAAAAY more value than other "sandwich shops". Twice the food for half the price of a "Jersey Mikes".

  Was there at lunch time on 11/3. The young guy that was making the sandwiches was absolutely clueless on how to make a sandwich. First I asked for lettuce the guy took a pinch of lettuce. I looked at it and counted 8 piece of lettuce on it. He moved to the next vegetable. When I asked for more lettuce he looked annoyed. He continued to do the same pinch for all the Vegetables. I was so confused on how he thought a sandwich should be made. Then I asked for mayo in which he just squeezed a lot ————— A LOT in the middle of the sandwich. After he finished I had to do the same thing again for another sandwich. When I got home the bread was dry and a complete mess. Somebody please train these workers on how to make a sandwich.
