  I visted the Subway in New Bern in the Food Lion Plaza. The food was horriable the staff couldnt find items and seemed fustrated The bread was not fresh the sandwiches were horriable then I see the score of 91.

  Had a coupon that I got in the mail for a buy one get one free. I ordered two subs and when I went to pay for them was told they didn't accept said coupons. Very disappointed would give 0 stars if I could. Also wasn't allowed to pick cheese I wanted, was told what is on board is what comes on it. VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

  Never answer the phone. Went to get a sub the other night and the store looked empty. No employees to be seen. This is right after i tried calling in my order for 30 minutes.
