  App was saying package was received and should be delivered by 8pm yesterday 5/26 well needless to say was not delivered and now it’s saying the same exact thing as yesterday i guess we will see

  Absolute liars, they will tell you all day they are coming and never show up. From upper management to the drivers, Absolutely worthless.

  This is the 2nd time since I have been in New Bern NC that the driver takes my packages to the wrong address. The first time I had to track it down and now this time the photo shows the wrong address. Don’t use FedEx, ever.

  Love this FexEx store! So easy to get to, never that busy, and people working are always so awesome. Only FedEx store I go to if I can. Highly recommend!!
