I don’t want to get anyone in trouble because these kids were nice about it but I went in 30 minutes before they closed to order 2 subs. They immediately asked if I was there for a pickup order and when I said no, they paused and said “oh” and then asked for my whole order at once so they could pull out the veggies and sauces because they had already put everything away. I completely understand wanting to get out of work and get home or whatever but to make the customer almost seem like they’re inconveniencing you because you jumped the gun on closing up, not great service. Again, they were nice about it to my face but I could just tell they were not enthusiastic about me coming in. If it was 5 or 10 minutes before close, I would understand, but 30 minutes is not terribly close to closing time. Other than that experience, I’m sure this is a good Subway!
