  I had an issue with my 2017 Jeep on my way to our beach house. I stopped at the store just to ask for help and an employee named Kyle went absolutely above and beyond for me. I had both of my small children with me who were nervous because my Jeep was driving rough. Kyle even took the time to talk with my children and help keep them calm. Hands down the best employees ever at this location! He gave me peace of mind.

  We were immediately greeted upon entering. Sean went above and beyond by helping us and even came out to check on us when we did not leave the store immediately. He listened to our problem and made suggestions to help us not keep repeating the same problem. He took time to make sure we understood the rebate offer as well as the replacement policy. Could not have been happier.

  Wouldn't recommend going there. We went straight to O'Reilly. Called at 330, told me they closed at 4. I said I just needed a battery if they could hold one for me, I would be there by 4. I got there 5:53, said I was here to get battery. Guy said ok and said he was finishing up other things and didnt have time to help us. Horrible customer service and people. I would skip the hassle and go to O'Reilly.
