  Cancelled my policy on time and then they still tried to charge me some random 76 dollars and tried to send it to collections after a month. I had to beg the robot on the phone to let me talk to a real person, even then it was a call center person not even anyone from this office. I was on hold for an hour (not exaggerating) for them to “investigate” where the 76 dollar charge was coming from. Eventually got it handled, no thanks to anyone at this office. I have no clue what they even do here.

  Its annoying that they never have change. Its also rude when an agent berates her employees in front of customers 😒
