My MIL and I went. They only had three people at 6:45. Not bad. But the shift leader or whatever she was, was cussing. They didnt listen to my order. I wanted extra and they were very skimpy the lady doing checkout had no clue what she was doing
the new person that works there is not very good at their job. honestly, idk why hire that person. we went earlier today to order 2 footlong subways with a coupon that was valid. the person scanned it and they did not know how to get the price to be correct like on the coupon. it was 2 footlongs for 12.99 on the coupon, and the person still decided to charge full price. the person scanned the same coupon again, and it said that the coupon was already scanned, like bruh, that person was slow bc they literally scanned it beforehand but did not know what to do, and not only that, but they also speak very low and you have to explain to them how to do things more than once because they don’t understand directions. the person also took almost 30 minutes to make 2 footlongs. employers always take away coupons after they been scanned, so that also proves the point that it was brand new but they did not know how to make it work. terrible service.
Went in expecting to be able to get a breakfast sandwich, which I had checked the availability of yesterday, only to find that they had discontinued the breakfasts. The employee was very apologetic and was helpful in her suggestions. I did get a regular sandwich, the Black Forest Ham and cheese to replace the Black Forest Ham, egg and cheese. She made a great sandwich for me. I appreciate her time and patience.
