  I'm not sure of his name, but the middle aged man with white hair and glasses (that I assume is the manager) is consistently hateful and condescending towards just about everyone I see him interact with. Went in to ask about a replacement for a part that had went bad. He started ranting about how they couldn't help us without knowing or even looking at any detail of our order. Dude wouldn't even let us get a word in so we just walked out and went to the other Advance location on West Pine Street. At that location they were extremely nice and helped us without any issue. Every interaction with this individual has been like this in some way and after seeing how the West Pine Street location treats its customers I probably won't be back at this location.

  Never had so much trouble getting a battery I had already paid for online. Never actually got it either. Finally refunded my money after calling customer service. Never again for me at any Advance location.

  I love this auto parts store. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable. I trust their judgement.
