  Called to see if I could overnight deliver and they said yes if I get here before the truck leaves. I got there while UPS driver was still in the store. They said it had to wait until tomorrow. Why did you waste my time when I called?

  One of my most important documents shipped through UPS arrived like this at the destination even after being promised that it is being shipped by the UPS. I chose the most premium service that was available at that time for this shipment and still it was delivered late and made to go through a ton of hassle to get it in hand. It was delivered by a tier 4 courier service in an open vehicle exposed to rain. ( it did rain on the delivery day and I was fortunate enough to collect the document by going to this delivery center as the delivery person made me go through severe hassle). I lost the trust of UPS. The store particularly offers great customer service and support. I do not have any bad experience from the store. It is the UPS’ last mile experience that made me take my business somewhere else.
