I’ve honestly never taken the time to write a review before, but after multiple bad experiences at this location, I feel like I need to. The owners here are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the older man.
I’ve been to this location a couple times since it’s the closest to where I live, and every single time the old guy has either been rude or started unnecessary arguments. However, the experience that made me finally write this review happened with a curbside pickup order. I parked in the only Subway curbside pickup spot, checked in on the app, and waited. The app asks for your car color and type. My car is dark gray, but the only color options were black or silver, so I picked silver since it was the closest match and correctly listed my car type.
The older man came outside with my order and started wandering around looking confused, even though I was parked in literally the only marked curbside pickup spot. Instead of just asking if the order was mine, he kept wandering around until I had to wave him down. Once he realized it was my order, he started arguing with me about the color of my car. I explained that dark gray wasn’t an option in the app and that he could’ve easily matched the car type, especially since I was the only car in the pickup spot. He kept arguing anyway and continued yelling until I drove off.
To make it worse, when I later opened my order, the sandwiches barely had any meat or toppings on them. This has happened more than once at this location, especially with online orders, and it honestly feels like they are trying to give you as little as possible to save money.
I love Subway, but this specific location is terrible because of the people running it. I’d rather drive farther to a different location than deal with this one again. If I were you, I’d avoid this Subway and go somewhere else.
