  It is insanity; but DHL Express Service Point Morrisville has zero way to contact the facility/store in order to ask whether a package is being delivered today or whether it would work to come pick up the package. It is remarkably poor logistically. I have used FedEx International and the customer service is vastly better. Up to the point of getting the guitar from Japan to Morrisville, NC, it was a breeze. Now I cannot find a way to communicate with DHL Express Service Point Morrisville. I would recommend FedEx International over DHL AFTER POSTING THIS REVIEW I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM DHL EXPRESS. Once the Customer Support person contacted me, the process rapidly improved. The guitar was quickly released by the Cincinnati DHL hub. The Morrisville DHL Express crew efficiently got the guitar to me. I wish DHL Express would have an email contact available. I have had good experiences in the past with DHL and DHL Express Morrisville came through for me.

  I would like to sincerely thank Pam at DHL Morrisville for her kindness, professionalism, and for keeping her word. After driving 3.5 hours to collect a shipment I had been waiting for over a month, I was initially told it had been destroyed. I was very disappointed. Pam stepped in, patiently explained the situation, took my contact information, and promised to follow up within three days. To my surprise, she called back as promised and asked if I still wanted to pick up my shipment. Thank you, Pam, for your compassion and honesty. Your kindness truly made a difference. DHL is lucky to have you!
