I had an excellent experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to Russ! He was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a new battery for my car. He made the process quick, easy, and stress-free, and he was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire experience. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service! Russ definitely went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Russ, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier!

Which automobile spare part shop closes at 5 PM on a week day? Totally frustrating, why do you have a shop then?

Had a stellar experience with Russ. Called in with questions about an order 2 years ago, which he was able to find while helping other customers, despite being alone on shift. Went in to have my battery changed with him shortly after the call and he provided exceptional service, answering all my questions in easily understood terms with a warm, friendly attitude and of course replacing my auto battery for me. Russ is excellent.
