  Had a stellar experience with Russ. Called in with questions about an order 2 years ago, which he was able to find while helping other customers, despite being alone on shift. Went in to have my battery changed with him shortly after the call and he provided exceptional service, answering all my questions in easily understood terms with a warm, friendly attitude and of course replacing my auto battery for me. Russ is excellent.

  Russ helped me when I stopped by the store to get some new wiper blades for my car. While I was waiting, Russ was dealing with another customer who seemed like was in a rush and was not being polite. Russ dealt with him very professionally and with more kindness than he deserved! When Russ started helping me, he asked me what i needed, helped me pick the right option that met my needs, and was kind enough to help me remove the old wipers and then install the new wiper blades on my car; he was very patient and even took the time to teach me and help me install one of the blades! He was proactive and asked me about getting some wiper fluid for my car as well! My interaction with Russ at the store was really nice! He was kind, patient, polite and I’ll go out of my way to shop at this store so I can have Russ help me in the future 😊

  Great service. Store Manager Russ was very kind—he tested the battery and explained that there was nothing to worry about. Recommend to visit the store!!
