  The dining and the atmosphere were exactly what one may expect from a fast food restaurant. It was moderately clean and the food was no less than my expectations of fast food chicken wings. However, the young man that took our order, Max, was exceptional. His sincerity and dedication to insuring that our dining experience was great was above and beyond most experiences over the last 15 or so years. My commendations to Wing Stop for such an excellent employee. Terrific attitude and fantastic customer service. Thanks for a pleasant meal.

  We had decided to stop here to have some lunch yesterday at 12:28pm. The place was nearly empty. The cashier (receipt says Selena) was about the most unfriendliest person. Didn't welcome us, seemed like she didnt even want to be there. She mumbled our options to us almost like it was a inconvenience for us to be there. Food was meh at best. Fries were way to salty and the sauce on the chicken was way too much. Won't be going back.

  As someone who loves Wingstop, I was glad to see that they got a Morganton location. But I'm 0/2 on attempts with this place. This last time I came in after placing an online order exactly whenever they asked. Now I don't mind waiting, but whenever I wait for 45 minutes in the store and the manager comes up to me to ask what the name of my order was and it was ready the whole time I'm going to get frustrated. Whenever I asked " how long has that been sitting there?" She replied "not long" The food was ice cold as soon as I got to the car. The place was slammed, so I didn't go in and make a scene. But that's ridiculous.
