  These people have no idea what they are doing, do yourself a favor and avoid this store. They are all incompetent and have terrible attitudes. The old woman in there is always talking about customers when I come in, her and the headband girl. The older lady always messes up my packages, she should find another job, and Howie Mandel is just plain RUDE. I'll never step foot in that store again and will be telling everyone I can not to go there. You'd be hard pressed to find a place in morganton with more incompetence per sq ft

  This location does not offer fingerprinting, even though it allows you to make an appointment on their website. It would be nice if they would reach out to folks that have made an appointment, so we don't waste our time. I missed a deadline because I had the appointment here and by then was out of time to get it done somewhere else, resulting in another application fee.
