  This location does not offer fingerprinting, even though it allows you to make an appointment on their website. It would be nice if they would reach out to folks that have made an appointment, so we don't waste our time. I missed a deadline because I had the appointment here and by then was out of time to get it done somewhere else, resulting in another application fee.

  This is my 3rd time in this store in the past few weeks. The blonde, middle aged lady is just RUDE! Doesn’t even acknowledge that you’re in the store, no thank you, you’re welcome…NOTHING. This store owner should really consider putting someone more customer friendly behind that counter.

  Always full of people. The staff are great at keeping the high volume and low amount of parking options, to not an issue. When you use store parking,back in. You will be glad you did.

  I have been coming here for 5 years and have never. Ever had a single bad experience. Best UPS store I have ever been to across multiple cities and states!! I love that we have the same folks working here since I wrote this review! I love seeing them and can't say enough good things about the staff here. They are always helpful, kind, and friendly. For sure the best UPS store I have ever been to!!
