    Both employees here were so kind. A girl with pink and purple hair that had such a kind and knowledgeable aura. The other woman was so sweet and calm as well. My sandwich was made with patience and it looked very well put together!

    I ordered a veggie patty sub through the app and took it to go. About 20 minutes down the road, open it up and no veggie patty. Just a few pieces of spinach, pickles, and olives (hard to believe the sandwich artist thought anyone would order an expensive nearly plain loaf of bread--would they make an Italian sub with no meat?). Phone doesn't work so no way to get a refund.

    I had a very bad experience at this Subway with a lady named Lora she was outside smoking while the store was clearly open. I went inside and stood at the counter waiting for service for nearly 10 minutes with no other customers in the restaurant and no acknowledgment at all. Eventually, another employee came in to start their shift, noticed me. And served me. Shortly after, she came inside and began speaking badly about coworkers, complaining about people who close and accusing the other employee in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. This was uncomfortable to overhear as a customer. At the register, I attempted to pay with cash and handed her a $50 bill. She abruptly said they don’t take 50s. The other employee said that they do, but she argued back, saying that wasn’t what she was told. To avoid more conflict, I gave her a $20. She responded with a sarcastic “thank you.” She then continued to talk down to the other employee in front of me. Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. She should be dismissed.

    Hannah is the Sandwich artist I had tonight and speaking from several years of experience as a customer of Subways everywhere she has got to be the best in the business! She was well attentive and had a positive attitude, offered me several intriguing new items and ways to mix up my normal Sandwich I get everytime. I will definitely be coming to this location for now on because of her! I hope someone in management see's this and gives her a raise or something cause lord knows to deal with the public all day and still have this awesome attitude takes a champion!
