Just got a DoorDash this subway is awful I have no idea how you screw up a sandwich this badly I ordered a FOOTLONG turkey with only ranch & pickles NO CHEESE yet it arrived as a 6 inch with cheese,spinach & mayo no ranch & the bag wasn’t even properly sealed this is embarrassing for subway
Food was good made to order how ever sandwich wasn't cut in half like subway normally does and when I ask for plasticware I could visibility see the employees first response was no we don't have any .... Just my observation but me and my dad arrived and I could tell the employee was making themselves a meal not a problem but just seemed they was in a rush to push us through so they could finish their sandwich

When my order was not delivered and I called about it the employee was rude and without giving me an answer he hung up then when I called back and tried to get my order canceled and asked if I would get my refund he hung up with no response
I called two minutes after I placed my order because it didn’t give me an option online to have my sandwich toasted, and when I called to have them toast, my sandwich I was told it was already made, and they refused to make my order the way I wanted it and my order wasn’t supposed to be ready for 15 minutes! The workers are more concerned about being on their phones and smoking cigarettes outside than the customers and what they want!
I visited a Subway location for dinner and was assisted by an employee named Ethan. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Throughout the interaction, Ethan was rude and passive-aggressive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
His tone and attitude did not reflect the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from Subway. I believe this behavior falls short of Subway’s customer service standards, and it negatively impacted what should have been a simple and pleasant dining experience.
I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions and ensures a more positive experience for others.
