  It isn't that hard to make a turkey/ham sub might need direction last time I spend my money here .Also sign on window says sub of yhe day $4.99 not a whole sub that's for 1/2sub sign is misleading

  I don’t know who the new owners are, but this was my first visit since the ownership change, and the difference is very noticeable—and not in a good way. I used to visit this Subway regularly when the previous staff was there because the service was always friendly, efficient, and the food was prepared correctly. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing from start to finish. The service was extremely slow, and the employees seemed unsure of how to properly make the sandwiches. The line was so long and disorganized that one customer actually walked out while her sandwich was being made because she was frustrated with the process. The quality of the food has also gone downhill. The bread was hard, the cookies were burnt, and the portions were noticeably smaller than what Subway typically provides. On top of that, the prices have increased significantly, making the poor quality and service even harder to justify. I hate to leave a negative review because I used to enjoy coming here, but based on this experience, there is a lot of room for improvement in both customer service and food quality.

  Ordered my food 30 minutes in advance and they hadn’t even started on it when I got there. And then have the audacity to have an attitude while she’s at it. Don’t waste your time going to this location.
