  I am a small business owner myself so I do not take these goofle reviews lightly but this auto parts store absolutely disrespected me as a female. I usually order from Autozone but Advance auto had my brake pads cheaper. Unknowingly I ordered the wrong size so I went to the store to exchange them and was told I needed to meausre my rotar to get the right size. I was so confused. How do I do that?? And why cant you look it up on the computer??? The gentlemen told me unfortunately he couldn't help me without the exact size of my rotar. I told him autozone has never had an issue getting my parts and he said it would be the same no matter where I went. I took my refund and left. Called Autozone and ordered the correct pads based off my make/model with zero issues. I know im a female and I know how some men look at us but to be treated like I'm stupid was unnecessary. Isn't their job to help? Ill never use Advance auto again.

  I needed a new battery. They offered to swap batteries for me, did it very quickly and were super friendly. Fantastic service.

  Genuinely couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. They all went above and beyond for me and took the time to explain things about my car that I wasn’t fully aware of. I saved myself a lot of future headache and money down the drain. Couldn’t have asked for better and more helpful customer service and friendliness!

  I was very pleased with the service I got when I was having computer and battery issues last week. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. John, the manager took a lot of time with me explaining my options to help me make the best and most cost efficient choice. He even waited for me to drive my car up the road and back in order to make sure everything was working properly. This store will definitely be my future choice for car needs.
