- MBMichele BrownMay 2, 20262.0Victoria was rather rude. It was the end of the day and while trying to help me she started helping another customer. As I asked her questions she rudely walked away. This is the first time I have been disappointed in the service I received at this UPS store but it is and was unacceptable. Patience in customer service is everything. There is no place for disregard especially when you forgot to give me a receipt for an item you took back. If you need to close the doors earlier so you won’t be overloaded please do so. Or just say to the customer because you have multiple items it is better if you come back tomorrow. I appreciate her telling me and another customer that one of our returns was not accepted at UPS or wait for another label but her walking off without acknowledging my concerns is not acceptable.
