  This used to be the BEST Subway, but has gone DOWN HILL FAST. Every time we place a order in the app, it’s always ready extremely late. Today the food should have been ready to go at 6:20pm, and it is now 6:50pm and we are still waiting. One man said his food should have been read at 5:30pm and he is STILL WAITING at 6:48pm. The staff in the evenings are extremely rude. It was the same way 2 weeks ago when we went. We will drive the extra distance and go to the one in Wilkesboro. Looks like this subway needs to CLEAN HOUSE, and by that I mean hire staff that cares and get rid of the ones who do not.
