  I had a great experience at Wingstop. The customer service was wonderful. The young lady Jessica was kind funny and carried a smile. The whole time with the interaction with each customer. my order was spot on until I realized when I got home I ordered a large corn 🌽 and only got five and supposed to have 10. I called back to Wingstop and Jessica answered the phone. She was very pleasant and told me I could come back. I told her I will come back within the week. She said she will take my name and if I do, I would just mention what I was coming back for if she wasn’t their own duty. It was two weeks later June 30 I placed another order online. Walked into the restaurant,at first I didn’t see Jessica. Explain that I was there to pick up an order and also that Jessica had left my name and what I was coming back for. The young lady said that Jessica is here. I said wonderful. Jessica came out very pleasant beautiful smile interaction was great and she remembered I received my 🌽 corn I had a free fry. She took care of that. We need more Jessica‘s my granddaughter even complemented her. And she’s only 8. Thank you for having Jessica on your team.

  The food was hot and fresh but when I got home I had asked for 6 mild flat piece wings which all that suspose to come with the combo was there but they didn't give me what I ask for. I got plain fried chicken with no sauce on it. When I got home I called the same girl that served me and I told her that my wings had no sauce on it and it she ask the girl that cooked it and she told her that it was sauce on it. I beg the differ, they were 6 greasy wings. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied especially when I had been there before very satisfied. For future reference I think they should show the customer there food before take out. I had no reason to not trust what they said until today. Food cost to much to not get what you paid for. If I didn't say 3 exits down I would of taken it back.

  The wait time online is what it tells you +30 minutes more!!! Horrible
