  Great experience at The UPS Store! I used their notary service and shipped a package. Everything was quick, easy, and professional. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and patient. I will definitely be back for an amazing service!

  Always welcoming and kind and helpful. I feel like I am at a family owned business when there, so lovely and remember your face. They are happy to help whenever I come in no matter who is working!

  I really want to give 5 stars but since the beginning of the year the self-serve computer has been down. Although I do appreciate the ability to email them my document (which I have done once before), I just don’t feel comfortable sending my documents anywhere for print unless I can print myself by logging into the computer and printing from my email account. I’ve had to visit 3 other UPS stores just for this service (Eastfield Rd, Pineville & Matthew’s Township) and they’ve always had their self-serve computers up. Why hasn’t it been fixed? Once it’s fixed I’ll change my review.
