  This subway has really gone from bad to worse. First of all, I said I was t ever going to eat from here again after ordering online and my order was not prepared the way I asked for it to be prepared. I asked for oil and vinegar and there was none on there. I asked for extra mayo and there literally was what looked like one squirt of mayo. So today I decried to just go down there myself and watch them prepare my food. The blonde head older lady ( at least she looked older) she wears glasses, she was very rude! The veggies were all looking like they had been sitting all day and it was 8:00 PM . I asked her for fresh tomatoes and her response was “these are fresh they were cut today they are just soft” then she walks off. I’m standing there looking like okay maybe she’s going to get fresh tomatoes but she comes back with nothing and just looking silly. She starts putting green peppers on my sandwich, which I asked for, but grabs the ones on top that looked dry and so I asked her if she would get them from the middle and she was getting annoyed according to her facial expressions and gave me just like two of them so I asked her for more. It really took a lot for me to just hold my peace because she was very rude! I will not be going back down there. I will drive 15 minutes up the road to the other location before I go to this one that is 2 minutes from my house. Whoever the owner is really needs to pop up and see what kind of employees they have employed. And another thing, some of the workers stand right out in front of the store smoking cigarettes. I have nothing against smoking but at least go to the side of the building or walk to the parking lot. I am just really done with this restaurant. And it seems like every time I eat from here I end up with stomach pains! Just highly disappointed! On a brighter note, the younger African American girl that rung me up was very nice and cordial, thank you!

  Came here for lunch, staff was very nice, made our sandwiches perfect. Would come back here.

  I tried to download app on my phone, it asked for my card number, so I did it and when I returned home I had a charge on my account from Washington. I would not recommend giving them your card number online.
